Metalfilo is a company specialised in the design and production of metal display furnishings. With over fifty years of experience, the company has successfully adapted to market evolution by expanding its expertise and diversifying its manufacturing processes. What began as a business focused on wire processing has grown to include tubular structures, sheet metal, stainless steel, and complementary materials. Today, Metalfilo stands as a recognised reference point in the shopfitting sector, offering tailor-made solutions for retail and a wide range of commercial environments.
Structured Growth and Production Specialisation
Founded in 1971 by Giuseppe and Loreto Cadorin, Metalfilo is now led by the second generation: Mauro, Alessia, Valentino and Manuele, who are respectively responsible for product engineering, administration and control, production, and commercial management.
Strongly rooted in its local territory, the company has gone through several stages of expansion over the years — from its initial 500 m² facility in San Vendemiano to the current 12,000 m² headquarters in Cordignano (TV).
Today, the company is structured into three distinct yet synergistic divisions:
- Production of retail furnishing systems.
- Stainless steel processing
- Manufacturing of display busts

Metalfilo’s production process is now fully industrialised and partially robotised, ensuring efficiency, precision, and operational continuity. To support professional growth, the company has founded the Metalfilo Academy, an in-house training centre dedicated to developing new talent in metalworking, with the aim of passing on solid expertise and well-structured corporate values.

The company’s visual identity has evolved alongside its growth: the logo, originally inspired by a line of metal wire, now reflects a tubular structure — symbolising the company’s development path and its ability to innovate while staying true to its roots.
With a team of 55 collaborators and an average age of around 40, Metalfilo values diverse skills and promotes an inclusive work environment that prioritises well-being, empowerment, and individual growth.
With a turnover exceeding €8 million and a well-established presence in over 15 European countries, Metalfilo looks to the future with a development plan that includes a 20% increase in production capacity by 2026, the expansion of its furniture division for the fashion sector, and steady export growth.
This is supported by a targeted acquisition strategy aimed at strengthening the company’s position in the specialised shopfitting sector.
